1. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible merchandise.

  • Returns within 30 days: A refund will be issued to the original payment method at the original selling price.
  • Returns after 30 days: A merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Processing

  • Return labels are available only for orders shipped within the continental U.S.
  • A $18.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing. Additional delays may occur.
  • To ensure a faster refund, make sure your return label and return slip match the items being returned.
  • For multiple returns, please process and mail each return separately.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed (please check your spam folder).

2. Refund Process

  1. Request a Return
    Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  2. Wait for Return Authorization
    Once your return is approved, we will send you:
    • A return authorization confirmation
    • The return address and instructions
    • (If applicable) A prepaid return shipping label
  3. Package the Item Securely
    Repack the item in its original packaging (if possible), including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition.
  4. Ship the Return
    • Use the provided return label (if applicable), or
    • Send the package via a trackable shipping method to the address provided.
  5. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Notes & Exceptions

  • Items marked as final sale, customized, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address may not be refunded.
  • For exchanges, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

3. Exchange Options

Exchange for a Different Item

If you’d like to exchange your order for a different item:

  1. Visit your Order History and select “Start a Return or Exchange.”
  2. Complete the return process for the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. Place a new order for your desired replacement item(s).

Bonus: We provide a FREE return label and waive shipping fees for your new exchange order!

Exchange for a Damaged or Broken Item

We apologize if you received a damaged item.

  • If the damaged item is glass or ceramic, please contact us for further assistance.
  • If you are able to repackage and send the item back, follow the instructions in our online returns portal to process a free exchange.

Exchange for the Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us before proceeding with an exchange so we can review our inventory and ensure the correct item is available.
